Class Schedule

Our group training program runs in 6 week phases followed by a 1 week Deload/Unwinding period.  Following the 1 week Unwinding period is another 6 week phase in which veteran students will be challenged to build on the adaptations and progress they made in the previous phase, while new students will begin accumulating the foundational skills, strength, mobility and conditioning of the 34° North training system.  

New students are welcome to begin during any time of a 6 week phase.  Our movement training system is fluid so it can be tailored to the individual.  Our instructors are knowledgeable, experienced and trained to tailor our training system to individuals of all skill and fitness levels.  

In short...We meet you where you’re at.  No cookie cutter training programs or one size fits all programming because one size fits NONE!
