Hawk is an LA Native from Culver City that is passionate about movement. His first exposure to fitness came at the age of 13 in the form of boxing; from there he dove into a world of strength & athletic training, eventually developing a love for Kettlebells & Animal Flow.
Hawk believes fitness should be a regular activity in everyone's life. He enjoys fusing Kettlebells & Animal Flow to achieve increased kinesthetic awareness, strengthen primal movement patterns as well as overall strength.
