Almost a decade into the industry, Nathan continues to be progressive and primitive in his approach.  A student of voice and movement through the theatre in college, this matriculated into an insatiable hunger for knowledge as pertaining to the human form and condition.  It's the pursuit of why and how that propels him to motivate, inspire, teach, and continue learning as the science, population, and progression are in flux. Nathan is of the mind that the pursuit of strength will never lead you astray. "The process is the thing." He also knows your approach your training is your approach to life. He has taken this stance with professional athletes, Division 1 athletes, Euro-League Basketball Players, pregnant mommies, and everyone in between. There is a total mind, body, and wellness approach when you jump on board but be prepared to swing bells, slam bars, and take a step closer to becoming a better version of yourself.

What happens in a lab doesn’t always translate into real life. When you work with real people you have treat each person as a unique case; one that will surely teach you as much as you teach them.”
