Fall/Winter Series Schedule
34° North Fall/Winter Series Schedule of Events
Every season we have a series of events to expand knowledge, deepen awareness, explore movement, and connect with the community. In this upcoming series we’re adding activating healing to our charter and combining the Fall and Winter seasons because of all the upcoming holidays.
Open your calendar app and your journals (diary UK) to start marking dates.

This class is divided into Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga practices.
You’ll be offered high potency CBD in three forms - tea service starting at 7:15p, tincture, and topically by our instructors during practice.
This is the first class of a continuous series that will be held every Friday from 7:30 to 9pm.

Saturday, October 19 (9:45 to 12pm) - Activate Healing & Help Kids
Get Cold for Kids (donation to charity)
After the Saturday 34° class we’ll be setting up two cold tubs for recovery to raise money for the Food 4 Kids Backpack Program.
The suggested donation to use the cold tubs is $20; enough to feed one child for a month and to get you as many rounds of cold immersion as you can stand.
Activate your natural healing powers, stimulate your metabolism, and boost your immune system for a worthy cause!!!
If submerging yourself in freezing cold water doesn’t sound like your idea of a good time, you can still get involved by sponsoring me for each minute I can stay submerged with just my head above the ice-filled water. The minimum sponsorship donation is $1 per full minute.
No registration necessary; just show up with trunks and a towel.

It’s estimated 1 in 6 children across the country are food insecure. This program provides food packages to chronically hungry elementary school students from low-income households who are at risk of hunger; every Friday afternoon these children are discretely provided a backpack full of food to ensure they will not go unfed over the weekend.
$5 can feed a child for an entire weekend!!
Saturday, November 9 (12 to 2pm) - Explore Movement & Mobility; Expand Knowledge
Do the Splits with Sarah Costanza ($50)
Back by popular demand! Do the splits!
Splits look cool, sure, but they take time, patience, intention, and effort to achieve. So much more than meets the eye - your joints AND your nervous system must be able to adapt to new ranges, your tissues must be under enough tension to lengthen, but not beyond their available capacity. It’s a fine balance of internal forces, poetic in its own right.
We’ll show you the most effective, accessible way to accomplish your goals - whether that be just feeling better in your body, working toward splits, or everything in between.
This workshop is NOT just about doing the splits. It’s perfect for anyone who:
wants to achieve greater functional mobility, i.e. closing the gap between active and passive ranges of motion
wants to understand how adaptations in your joint architecture are created through a structured program
wants to learn about the mechanics of the spine, hips, knees, and ankles and how they work together
would like to improve ability in hand balancing, ring training, squats, running, and general functional athleticism
is looking to reduce the risk of future injury,
And wants to do the splits, of course!
Sign Up Now! We’re limiting this to 10 spaces.
Saturday, November 16 (9:15 to 9:45am) - Connect with Community
In place of the 34° class on Nov. 16 we’ll be hosting the inaugural 34°N Wall Ball World Championships.
Wall Ball became one of the most popular games we play in the gym when we introduced it during deload weeks a couple phases ago. Things got really exciting when we used it as a tie breaker for the Kettlebell Density Circuit event in the Summer Olympics this year.
The buy in to play is $10. The winner gets 75% of the total pot with the balance going to the 2nd place finisher.
Many will enter the 34N pits, but only one Northerner will emerge victorious. Do you dare risk it all to cement your legacy in the Pantheon of the Northern tribes?
Monday, December 9 through Saturday, December 14 - Explore Movement & Self
Second Annual Winter Pentathlon
Mark your calendars and make your arrangements - tell your boss, family and friends you can’t travel.
Five events done over the course of six days culminating with the infamous final event, The Eliminator, on Saturday, December 14.
Enter to test yourself and the progress you’ve made over the last year.
Play for prizes, glory and the thrill of competition.
Compete with yourself to bring out the best in yourself with the entire 34° North community supporting your endeavor.
More details to come!!
Saturday, December 14 (5:30 to 8:30p) - Connect with Community; Par-Tay
34° North Holiday Party
Join the Northern tribe for fellowship in celebration of the holidays and the end of another year. Last year’s party was one of the highlights of the entire year for me and Lo. We’re already looking forward to getting everyone together again to reflect on all the blessings and good times we’ve had in 2019 and to celebrate all the transformations and friendships forged.
Details to come!
