Jason Zenga

Jason Zenga

Jason Zenga is a coach/trainer with 10 years of experience. His coaching career began in college with a strength and conditioning internship and working with the UMass basketball team. After graduating with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts in 2011 he moved to Los Angeles.

Jason’s mission statement is “Never let your body out train your mind”, believing that you have to understand movement in order to compete at your best. His curious nature has grown into a passion for learning that he combines with his past athletic and coaching experiences to teach his athletes movement. Jason is a master of breaking down complex movement into the simpler parts when working with people.

In his free time Jason practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys playing pickup basketball at the beautiful beach courts scattered around Venice, Santa Monica and Marina Del Rey. When he’s not moving or playing Jason trains his two dogs Rosie and Brady.
