Every gym and CrossFit studio under the sun has a shiny new set of kettlebells. You can even buy them at Target along with a DVD called something like "Swinging Your Way to a Perfect Stomach". Every day, people hoist these chunks of iron and invariably injure themselves. While kettlebells remain one of the most effective ways to strengthen your core and hit a very efficient whole-body workout, the risk of momentum working against you is very real without the proper knowledge of going into it with the right form. Certified kettlebell instructor and competitor Tanner Martty will show you the key foundation points as well as the little tweaks that will make all the difference between results and potential injury.
